After extracting the SBbX.7z you get several files:
SHUTOKOU_BATTLE_BY_XIAOPANG.TXT
SHUTOKOU_BATTLE_BY_XIAOPANG.CDI
You also get a bunch of ape-files, which hold the audio tracks and a
bat-file to inject them into the cdi. If one of the mentioned files
is missing, you're dealing with an incomplete and altered archive of
this game. Better delete it and look for the full release elsewhere.

For all who don't know it, this is the japanese version of Tokyo
Extreme Racer aka Tokyo Highway Challenge. It has all audio tracks
included and nothing was ripped or downsampled. I made this rip,
because there seems to be no scene release of the japanese version.
Also, if you're looking for the western releases, you mostly find
those damn 50MB re-packs without CDDA.
Let me make this clear. People who actually spread those flawed files
are morons and people who download this shit and keep it alive are
even more idiotic! Like MotherHen...just to name one...
Don't rip those releases apart for god's sake!
I also don't get how people can have such low standards to even burn
flawed shit like that. I blame lamers, who prefer the convenient
50MB file over the bigger full release! Thanks to you assholes almost
all available sources for this game have been silent for the last
couple of years!
This release is dedicated to the people, who actually do care. Those,
who rather not burn a raped re-pack, regardless how much they like
the game. I know that there aren't so many of you out there, but I
also know, that I'm not the only one thinking this way. So enjoy this
release.
